You passed the physical assessment.
You smoked the interview.
You got through the background check.
You made it through your first day.
You did well through probation.
.....and then what?
Why did you do all that work?
How did you expect this to go?
WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE?
What does the crew expect when they see you on the schedule?
That guy or THE GUY.
Do you improve the team or handicap it?
Who's pulling your weight, you or THEM?
You are only going to be who you are right now....RIGHT NOW.
You are either moving forward or moving backwards.
Gaining weight or losing weight.
Getting stronger or getting weaker.
Sit down, make a plan/goal/DIRECTION
AND DO IT!
Time is finite.
