What if he does something wrong?
A few say something.
How much responsibility does he have?
A little.
This keeps progressing. As ranks go up, responsibility goes up and oversight drops.
What does this mean to you?
You need to answer these questions.
Who do I answer to?
Who checks me?
Do I accept that check.
Remember, "because I say so" isn't justification.
It's a big world out there. You need people. People that will be honest and tell you that you're full of shit sometimes, your plan sucks, or you're wrong.
