A recent conversation with an old acquaintance.
"Good, kids and work, you know."
Then you're doing good.
Trying to get better every day.
Learning new things.
That's what we do.
But sometimes that is compounded with bad days at work, stress at home, and the overall juggling that comes with life.
These things can pull you out into the ocean, the depths of trouble, where the rip tide lies.
Remember to swim back in.
Do things that make you feel better.
And most importantly hug your lifeguards...your family and friends.
A good friend once told me...
"If it is endurable, then endure it."
You can't see the light at the end of the tunnel if you're not in the DARK...
Always forward, always moving.
