It's not a hard class.
About a week with a little paperwork to do.
Then a certification test.
Congrats you're now an Instructor.
You can now teach.
You know everything about generational differences.
You know everything about accommodations.
You know everything about every fire service.
You don't do you?
Remember that.
Teachers are evaluated every year. And that evaluation stays with them throughout their career.
Do fire instructors get that?
Remember, you are there to INSTRUCT.
Teach, coach, and help the student.
You are not there to yell, look down on, or outwit.
They don't know. And that's ok..
That's what you're there for.
Learn together.
We learned a lot and now do a lecture on this very subject.
