This time of year becomes very busy very quick.
Kids are out of school.
Days off become activities.
And workouts get jammed.
Anything worth having is worth working for.
That may mean instead of your normal get the kids on the bus and then send it at the gym you modify.
Get up before the kids do.
Workout with them.
Hell, push a stroller or carry them.
It doesn't have to be full speed it just has to be...something.
Or maybe you and your son can do push ups together on a cruise ship.
Enjoy your summer, have fun with the kids, and remember...
They still come first.
