Why
When you were a kid you asked
WHY?
The annoying, stress inducing, question kids ask.
Once we get older we stop asking WHY.
It becomes normal to have a quick understanding, easy recognition, and a knowledge for the obvious.
But there's an answer to that why question we often don't answer.
Why do we do what we do?
Why do we workout?
Why are we always learning?
Why do we strive to do the hard things others won't?
This is a why that must be answered.
But there is an issue.
No one can answer that but you.
Your answer is unlikely to be the same as someone elses.
That answer will carry you.
If its not strong enough don't expect to make it very far.
"I'm in the recliner because my why is I need to be rested."
Uh huh.
"I'm working my ass off training to set the example for my kids."
You do you.
But in the dark of your mind, when your thoughts are cloudly, and the demons are banging to get in....that why has to keep them out and keep you going.
Make it a strong one.
Always forward, always moving.
